Sometimes the best subjects are right outside your front door. Such is the case here looking down our driveway outside of Eugene, Oregon. A light overcast sky or fog evens out the harsh shadows. This 17 acre property was a mix of scrub Oregon Oak covered in lichens, Madrona, Fir, some Ponderosa Pine, a couple of rattlesnakes, lots and lots of deer and poison oak. The autumn colors were great, so were the winter snows and spring wildflowers.
